Your kick stand is down. Pull up the stand and it will run in gear!!!

I fixed my switch so that the park position is also off. I took the switch apart and found which wire to cut and tape. That "park with light on" is plain trouble.

The oil should stop leaking soon, the air filter should be checked, because the engine ventilation hose blew out a lot of oil. Any way the gaskets do not leak; see posts on rubber cylinder bolt plug.
I had mine blow some oil, but after draining the oil to the right level, the rubber plug sucked back to seal again.
